Bismarck State College has authorized Parchment to provide official transcript ordering online. This service will allow you to order official transcripts securely via the web anytime. In addition to the automated ordering service, you will also be able to track your order status, receive timely email notices regarding your transcript request, as well as review your order status history. 

**When placing an order, be sure to use Firefox or Chrome browser.
  • 付款 - You must have a major credit/debit card and a valid email address to request an official transcript through this service.
  • 多个记录 – hard-copy transcripts sent to one recipient will be sealed in individual envelopes and mailed in one package.
  • Past due balance/hold on record – a transcript cannot be issued if a past due balance or other holds are on record preventing a transcript to be released.

Important Notice Regarding Transcripts Between North Dakota Public Colleges and Universities (NDUS)
 
For the purpose of being admitted to another North Dakota University System college or university, you do not need to order a transcript from 二元同步通信.  而不是, the NDUS college or university to which you have applied will be able to retrieve your academic transcript at no charge to you.  You will, however, be notified if you have any holds on your academic transcript.  No refund will be granted for individuals who inadvertently request transcripts to be exchanged between NDUS colleges and universities via Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse.

The Bismarck State College official transcript is printed on security sensitive paper and includes the College seal and the signature of the Registrar.
